I’m Nicole Schaub, owner of Fun and Leisure Travels. I help you plan a seamless, stress-free trip—from the first idea to your arrival back home. Here’s how we’ll work together and what you can expect.

How it works

1. Dream & Discover – Share your vision, wishlist, must-haves, dates, and budget.

Create Your Dream Vacation

1. Design Fee & Research – Once the one-time design fee is paid, I complete pre-research and send curated options.

2. Customize Together – We refine the itinerary until it’s perfect.

3. Book & Confirm – I handle flights, resort, transfers, and activities.

4. Travel with Confidence – I’m available 24/7 while you’re away.

What the Design Fee includes

​

• Pre-research + curated trip options

• Booking of flights, resort, transfers, and activities

• Seat choices when applicable

• Mobile app with your complete itinerary

• Curated tour/excursion links + booking support

• 24/7 availability while you travel

• Travel insurance help, including claims support if needed

One-time, lifetime fee (for new clients)

​

I charge this once for new clients—then you’re covered for life, with only rare exceptions (for example, a large/complex group trip like 20 people to Egypt may require a special project fee).

Cancellation fee: If you book and later cancel, a cancellation fee applies. Travel advisors are paid by suppliers after clients travel, so this covers time already invested.

How I get paid

​

• Your one-time design fee (unbiased planning + professional time).

​

• ​​Air-only bookings

-$50 per person for domestic flights

-$100 per person for international flights

​

• Individuals, couples, and small families: $100 consultant fee

-This is for trips that require 4 rooms or less​

​

• Larger families, groups, or extensive itineraries: $100 or more consultant fee

-This will depend on the type of trip and the number of people traveling. This fee would be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before research is started. ​

• Pick my brain fee- $50 consultant fee

- This is to schedule a call just to ask questions when you still would like to book yourself.

• Supplier commissions (when applicable). Not all suppliers pay commission; the fee ensures recommendations are based on what’s best for you.
