TRAVEL CONSULTING PROCESS
1. DREAM BIG- This is where you start dreaming about where you would love to go! Think about all the things that make a vacation special and memorable for you.
2. Contact Me- Fill out the Create your Dream Vacation form.
3. Response- I will contact you within 24-48 hours and we can chat to determine if we are a good fit together. If we are, then we move on to the next step.
4. Contract & Deposit - Submit the Client Consultant Contract and the Deposit.
• Dolphin Package - $100 deposit- Individuals, Couples, Small Families:
This is for individuals, couples, small families or no more than 2 adults and 4 children and/or no more than 2 standard hotel rooms.
• Shark Package - $200 deposit- Larger Families and Small Groups:
This is for larger families or small groups that need up to 4 rooms.
• Whale Package - $300 deposit- Large Groups and Extensive Itineraries:
Large groups that need 5 or more rooms and/or packages that involve extensive itineraries such as large families to Disney World, dance groups, etc.
Deposits are due upfront and are put towards the final payment of your vacation. If you choose to cancel your vacation your deposit will not be refunded.
5. Customization- In order to create the perfect vacation for you please fill out the Travel Style Questionnaire where you can fill out all your likes, dislikes, wants, and needs.
6. Research- Fun and Leisure Travels will begin the research based on your Travel Style Questionnaire. I will then submit 2- 4 vacation options for you to review. From those, we will refine them until we have the perfect vacation planned for you.
7. Book & Reserve- After your final approval of your perfect vacation, we will reserve and book everything.
8. Travel Documents & Information- Fun and Leisure Travels will present to you custom itineraries requested, your travel documents and useful information about your destination. Useful information may include; local restaurants, maps, transportation, optional tours, etc.
9. Enjoy your Vacation- Have a wonderful time knowing that everything has been taken care of for you, and if something does come up, we are on call 24/7 in case you need us.
